It is common to have some aching in the adominal region whilst pregnant however sometimes you need to be aware of what are 'good' aches and which ones need further attention.
Possible causes of adominal aches during pregnancy include:
Baby's size!
Common/Mild Cases
Muscles stretch to accommodate the
womb, and ligaments become loose.
In Severe Cases this does not usually become a serious problem.
Treatment
Aches may improve if you change position, or lie down; swimming can help by taking the weight of the womb off the rest of your body

The 18-year longitudinal study by John Horwood and David Fergusson compared the
IQ measurements and rates of high school completion of 1,000 children. Taking
social, familial and prenatal factors into account, the study found that breast fed babies were 38 percent more likely to graduate from high school than
formula fed infants.
Although the study could not conclude that DHA in mother's milk was the sole cause of improved scores, the authors say that the outcomes of this study are similar to... [Read More]

After hours of trying to reset my broken 13 month old ipod, I thought it was a lost cause. I spent hours on the phone to Apple and they went through all the usual things. I spent hours on google and found countless discussion forums and hints on how to fix my ipod. It was annoying. I had never dropped this ipod, never treated it badly. I virtually tucked it in at night and gave it a bottle! It had my sex in the city series on it as well as all my favourites, my comfort movies and tv series. The shows I watch over and over again. Then one day it cracked it at me. It displayed a locked symbol in the top left hand corner. I did what I was told, turned the hold button on and off, nothing. Then held the middle button down and top button - nothing. Freeze, frozen, gone, on strike.
Then I decided to keep googling and in the depths of page 10 I found a little Aussie website called iPhone Repair and broken iPod fix... [Read More]
