After hours of trying to reset my broken 13 month old ipod, I thought it was a lost cause. I spent hours on the phone to Apple and they went through all the usual things. I spent hours on google and found countless discussion forums and hints on how to fix my ipod. It was annoying. I had never dropped this ipod, never treated it badly. I virtually tucked it in at night and gave it a bottle! It had my sex in the city series on it as well as all my favourites, my comfort movies and tv series. The shows I watch over and over again. Then one day it cracked it at me. It displayed a locked symbol in the top left hand corner. I did what I was told, turned the hold button on and off, nothing. Then held the middle button down and top button - nothing. Freeze, frozen, gone, on strike.

Then I decided to keep googling and in the depths of page 10 I found a little Aussie website called iPhone Repair and broken iPod fix Service - FiXPOD! So I called them. Wow, my dreams have been answered, 24 hour turn around and voila, the ipod is back. Apple you stink. You told me I would have to buy a new one. Bill Gates you are rich enough! I am glad that fixpod is around and all those mums and dads out their make a note of this site and don't forget to send your pods to get fixed not throw them out as Apple would advise.
