Lasagne question.....

Can i precook a lasagne??? i am making it myself, but i have ppl coming over for dinner so i want to cook it now then i just need to heat it up so when they are here i'm not stuck in the kitchen. I'm worried it will dry out!!...

you sure can, maybe parbake it and then 30 mins before your ready to serve dinner pop it back in the oven or just cook it all the way through and then put in to warm only. or if you have a slow cooker put your lasagne in the slow cooker (you make it EXACTLY as you would in the oven (except i boil the sheets prior to layering) and then wake it on auto for 4 hours (or equiv setting!) goodluck!
